We are participating in a battle over attention. How such battle is won?

You have to let go. Do not think that much about immigrants, do not read about wars.

It is difficult because our brain like to read news, but it destroys us.

For an addict it is impossible to take ‘some’ coke. As an internet addict you just have to let go.

Most of the news will arrive at your doorstep either way. You work colleagues will raise topics that are relevant. etc. etc. You do not need to be a complete hermit. You just leave as many of things outside of your world. It is up to you how many evil thoughts you keep at your house.
